Prayer’s Purpose, and Pajamas!
Our annual event, Prayers, Purpose and Pajamas is coming up on December 18 & 19! In partnership with Kent County and Ottawa County Sheriffs’ offices, this pajama drive provides new pajamas to children (infant – age 15) of families dealing with incarceration.
Here are three ways to be involved:
1. Donate Pajamas, Stuffed Animals, & Children’s Books
We’re collecting new pajamas (all sizes, from infants to teens), new/lightly used stuffed animals, and children’s story books to bless local families in need.
Donations are accepted through Monday, December 16
MOST NEEDED: PJs for larger teens wearing adult sizes Small – 2XL
2. Spread the Word to Families in Need
If you or a family you know could use extra warmth and love this season, we’d love to include them. Please let them know about our event! Children are welcome but parents can come without kids to choose items.
We ask people to register to ensure we have enough PJs in the right sizes. Register by emailing cherylw@70x7liferecovery.org or 616-454-4925.
3. Volunteer to Serve
